Registration is available online at Nampafarmersmarket.com Contestants will be lined up and given a succession of hot peppers starting with relatively mild peppers like the Jalapeno (3500-8000 Scoville Units) and Serrano (8000-23,000 Scoville Units) progressing to Habanero (200,000 – 350,000 Scoville Units), Ghost Pepper (1,000,000 Scoville Units) Carolina Reaper (2,000,000 Scoville Units) and even hotter.
