This is Idaho – Produce in the Early Months of Farmers Market
It's April. We have finally shed the icy grip of winter and are anxious for home grown produce! After all, we've just had to put up with months of flavorless tomatoes. But alas, this is Idaho. We are in a zone not known for growing tomatoes all year. One thing we always hear in the early weeks of the market, is, "Where is all the produce?" Well the simple answer is, "it's on the way."
